ATECSOL SOLDADURAS, with the support of the Centro de Desarrollo Tecnológico Industrial-CDTI has participated in the project IDI-20171238 »TECSOLCOR» »DEVELOPMENT OF WELDING TECHNIQUES FOR ELEMENTS APPLIED TO CORROSIVE ENVIRONMENTS» and focuses on the development of control and welding recharge process system for elements subjected to corrosive environments that allow an improvement in the reliability, versatility and profitability of the methods and products manufactured.
The project has the granting of a partially reimbursable aid with interest, of up to € 297,634.50, which represents a percentage of 75.00% of the total accepted budget that amounts to € 396,846.00.
During the project, investigations were carried out in the TIG and MIG processes, seeking the development of unique processes that exceed the current known standards and solving some of the classic problems. Once these improvements have been implemented, it will be possible to minimize the well-known problems of associated defectology, avoiding having to resort to specific solutions and betting on versatile development.
