Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
Atecsol works with the vision of building a fairer and more environmentally responsible society and economy.
Its goal is to improve the quality of life for people in its community, considering not only economic results but also the social and environmental impact of everything it does and how it interacts with clients, suppliers, and other partners.
To this end, Atecsol is committed to the 2030 Agenda, incorporating its principles into its daily operations. This means applying these values to its decisions and activities, and reporting clearly and transparently each year on the progress it makes at the corporate level and on the initiatives and actions it undertakes in the social, sporting, and economic spheres.
- Linked to training and equal opportunities: Through collaboration with the "Women and Talent" Association, whose objective is to stimulate, attract and develop, through high-impact programs, the talent of girls, young women and women for their empowerment, growth and leading role within the social transformation towards real equality.
- Linked to poverty and social exclusion:Develops social actions to help improve the quality of life of people and families in more vulnerable situations, through collaboration with the Cantabria Food Bank and local social institutions.
- Linked to sports, supporting its development at a regional level, both in the professional field and in less well-known disciplines through the sponsorship of the local teams Bathco Balonmano Torrelavega and the women's beach volleyball team Sardivoley.
- Linked to economic development and business collaboration through participation as active members of the CINC and MARCA clusters, related to nuclear and maritime industry respectively.
